Sol Circles

Sol connects and empowers women through Storytelling Circles.

Storytelling Circles are hour long, guided, video experiences with up to 6 women.

How It Works:
- You introduce yourself
- Listen to a meditation that helps you find a story of your past around a topic
- Share your story (optional) and listen to others’
- Share key takeaways from the experience
- End with an optional 15 minute casual audio chat

Storytelling Circles Help You:
